Browns at the A1 Grand Prix

On the 21st and 22nd February 2009, the A1 Grand Prix, World Cup of Motorsport at the Kyalami Circuit in Gauteng, where 23 nations for the first time all competed on a level playing ground. The A1 Grand Prix was a fast, exciting, adrenaline filled weekend set in a glamorous and exclusive environment where Browns was thrilled to be a part of. Browns was approached to cater for the A1Grand Prix’s exclusive guests, with head chef, Ken Garvey leading the team. They worked under immense pressure preparing over 6000 sensational dishes. The Browns team all pulled together and created mouth watering meals from the cold buffet through to the plated dishes. The A1 Grand Prix was a great learning curve for Browns that turned out to be a great success all round.
