Chocolate and Strawberry Springroll
Ingredients
4 sheets springroll pastry
250g strawberries
100g dark chocolate
1 spring of mint to garnish
1 chocolate cup
Method
Wash and dice the strawberries, grate the chocolate
and mix with the strawberries. Place a hand full of the strawberries
onto one sheet of the springroll, roll it tightly to a cigar
shape and seal it with some water. Fry gently for 4 minutes
or until golden brown, turning every so often. Serve warm with
some strawberry syrup and a strawberry filled chocolate cup.
