A restaurant is nothing without good food, and to make the

Sauvignon Blanc Cake
Ingredients
3 Eggs
250ml Sugar
750ml Self raising flour
125ml Sauvignon Blanc
125ml Oil
2tsp Vanilla essence
Method
Blend the eggs and sugar until it reaches the
ribbon stage. Pour in the wine and oil. Whisk the mixture lightly
then sift the flour in gently. Allow to stand for half an hour.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Decorate as desired.
